Participate in an activity in the handbook for a minimum period, attempting to gain standards where appropriate.

Expedition Training:
|
Training and preperation for the three star expedition. (25 miles, 2 nights camping out).

Cadet in the Community:
Spend at least 15 hours on community service over a 6 month period as an individual. This may be done in either the cadets time or as part of a detatchment activity (A certificate of attenence is required).
OR
Take part in a community project organised by the detatchment over a period of at least 15 during training.
